Four-star point guard Nick Weatherspoon from Camden, MS (Velma Jackson) unveiled his top ten schools on Twitter Thursday and included LSU in the group.
His top schools are Memphis, LSU, Iowa State, North Carolina, Louisville, Mississippi State, Ohio State, NC State, Indiana, and Georgetown.
The 6-2, 173-pound prospect is the No. 8 point guard in the country and the No. 1 player from the state of Mississippi for the class of 2017, according to 247Sports.
Here are some of his highlights from the NBPA Top100 Camp earlier in June:
