LSU head coach Brian Kelly and wide receiver coach Cortez Hankton visited with four-star wide receiver commit Jelani Watkins this week.

Watkins committed to LSU back in August, picking the Tigers over Texas, Texas A&M, and Arkansas.

The 5-10, 160-pound prospect from Humble, Texas (Atascocita) is one of the fastest recruits in the 2024 cycle. Here's what his speed looks like on the field:

yeah, this is a great pick up right here. This kid will a phenomenal weapon for LSU at WR, but also returning punts and kickoffs as shown in these videos. Kid is just eplosive, all it takes is a crack of daylight, and heeee gone. Lol
