LSU quarterback Joe Burrow was named the winner of the 2019 Davey O'Brien Award on Thursday night which is presented annually to the best college quarterback.

Burrow is the first LSU player to win the award. He beat out Oklahoma's Jalen Hurts and Ohio State's Justin Fields for the honor.
