it comes from me...it's just a metaphor for "generic, average coach" that I used for the "anyone but Miles" crowd to show that simply making a change for the sake of change may have zero affect on results.

He is the HC at Division 2 North Alabama. Consitently ranked in the top 5 in D2.

got caught banging Bobby Lowder's daughter...as far as North Alabama goes, he's able to get div 1 rejects for 1 semester, they don't have to go to class because their season is over before the next semester begins. Last season he had like 19 of 22 starters were D1 transfers in the first year at the school.

It should be noted that Terry Bowden was the original "winning with so and so's guys" coach.
Auburn was absolutely dreadful when he left. Maybe the only time in the last 30 years when Auburn didn't have a freaking manbeast at running back. They had a stable of 5'10 175 pound guys that couldn't run past Ciron Black.
That place was a mess when he finally quit.
