The damage Saban did to the LSU fan base may never be fixed. It’s truly sad

You all are insufferable group of entitled and spoiled fanbase

LSU with an elite coach is to be respected

We will get our share of wins

If Nick had stayed at LSU everyone knows which Brand would be top dog

You got lucky-

It’s our time for a good coach

I’ve said on this board several times that he had a verbal agreement with “O” to come but Saban stopped it. Nick wasn’t ready to retire yet and he knew that Lane coming here would be a problem!

And?? Look at the Bama LSU series record, we flat out own LSU. You're lucky you don't have to play us every year anymore.

I'll miss the auto win though.

Alabama will never be scared of LSU when it comes to football just like LSU will be scared of or worried about Alabama in baseball. That’s just the way it is.

Yeah, it’s a bit strange, right? Kalen DeBoer’s rise to the top of Penn State’s target list feels like it came out of nowhere, especially given how high-profile the names usually are when a big program like PSU is looking for a new head coach. It’s funny you bring up Alabama, because they’ve had a hand in shaping a lot of coaching moves in the past, but who knows? Maybe there’s some behind-the-scenes stuff going on, or maybe the timing just works out. DeBoer’s track record at Washington was good, he’s turned them into a solid contender, but still, it seems like a bit of a surprise move for a school like Penn State.
I wonder if Penn State is just playing it cool, or is this a genuine shift in their coaching search strategy?

IF he goes to LSU it will be transformative. This is currently the best version of LK.

And when he starts winning, LSU needs to do what Bama did. Not just spend money on football facilities, but drop major coin on a revamp of the campus.
