Bobby is still an elite, elite play caller, but post Lamar Jackson, he has fallen too much in love project 'athlete' type QBs who have mounds of raw potential, but are eeemtially unfixable QB projects.
Taylen Green was a prime example and his handpickrd guy who he chased since he was in HS.
Million dollar (literally) talent, with a 10-cent head. Turnover machine. Un-clutch, bedshitting raw talent who never learned even the simplest game management, basic HS levels of common sense.
If he's picking the QB at UNC, they're fricked. Bobby's best days were actually with smart, tough pocket passing QBs., not runners who happen to throw. If he continues this trend,, Belichick will be fired by Halloween next year and Bobby will be King Osric the Usurper yet again.
