Psssh. We are A&M. We lose football games to Arkansas St but we surely dont hire their coaches.

It is my guess that dabo doesn't go anywhere till the Bama job opens..not that he'd get it..but you can betcher arse its his 'precious'...if that means doing time in the SEC minor leagues for a while, then so be it

Clemson is one of the most attractive jobs in the country due to its proximity to fertile recruiting territory and its softer Conference lineup than the SEC.
Swinney would be an idiot to jump into the A&M job at this particular juncture even if they offer him the house.

He's got some really good asst's working for him. As long has he retains those guys, he should be alright at CU.

Dabo is becoming a decent HC. He learned on the job and seems to be progressing. I think he can recruit his arse off and if he can make some HR hires on defense he could get A&M going.
Of course, recruiting hasn't been the issue for TAMU lately so I'm not sure how big of an upgrade Dabo would be unless he brought great X's & O's guys with him.

We have recruited positions well. Overall rankings are deceiving. We have offensive talent out the arse. On par with almost anybody.
We have not recruited a NG for our 3-4 or ILB's for our 3-4 well at all. Those are not glory positions like OLB and DE in a 3-4 and we have been hit hard by negative recruiting and sustained mediocre success.
