Rumor is that O is not seeking the DC position at Tenn...hence the Dad hire is making sense for Kiffin. If that's the case, then I say go for O...he could do some serious recruiting in LA and be a serious buffer to Saban's efforts...and may even steal one or two away from AL. And our DL coaching would get a big upgrade. I'd imagine him being the assistant HC, not sure how the RC position would be handled by Les though. Maybe let O go for the really big recruits.

talked to the dad of one of our players last year after the SEC chship. they were LSU all the way but said it was very hard to tell Ed O no. said he was by far the best recruiter they had seen. would love to see him at LSU

Orgeron, Henson, and Porter would be a very formidable recruiting team.

If Les hugged a player after a mistake O would punch LM in the face. Bring that crazy SOB to LSU! We have a nutball as HC, why not DC as well
