My list was Riley, Kiffin, and Aranda in that order.

However, Kelly is definitely the better hire based off of success. But that does not mean that Aranda would not have been successful here or been a slam dunk hire in its own right. Aranda is not the proven commodity that Kelly is as of right now.

I don't think many people figured that Kelly would be interested. But yes, Kelly is a better hire.
