I love Joe Brady for his limited time at LSU but this is a head scratcher. If I remember correctly there were rumblings of front office wanting him fired last year. Seems like a lazy hire with better proven coaches out there. I hope he gets it done but won’t be shocked if he’s a one and done head coach.

Not sure why people are acting shocked by this.
Their offense is REALLY good. I think we can agree to that. So that leaves us with the following options
1- He leaves (not good)
2- New HC is forced to keep him as OC (not good)
3- What they chose.
Will it work? Who knows. But this isn't that surprising

Last year the Bills set their franchise record for points scored and Allen won MVP. They weren’t looking to offload that OC
