The positives are that he loves ole miss, works hard, and he has had success where he has been. Now if that translates to wins in the sec I'm not sure.

I'm VERY disappointed in you. Y'all laughed at Freeze when I said it 3 weeks ago and now he is the MAN

I think people laughed because we assembled a search committee head up by Archie and Glenn. If Freeze was who we originally wanted then we would have just sent Boone up that night and hired him. Same with Fedora. But we forgot that WAOM

Archie

Will he be on the next search committee? Considering his lack of influence? 18

The way I look at it is either we couldnt get anyone better and theres nothing more we could have done or Archie and co believes he's our best bet and is a better fit than say Gus, Leach, Rich Rod, or Smart. I trust Archie's opinion above my own and all of yours.

That reminds me of Malzahn's "Where's the (Reggie)Fish?" play.

Nutt loved that helmet too... I'm just sayin'...

Honestly, I'm still shocked how bad Nutt did in year 3 and 4 at UM.

Connecting to high school talent in Mississippi is definitely a plus. However, how do you keep Bama and LSU coming into your state with their resume and facilities?

McCluster's first TD as a Rebel, orchestrated by Freeze.

Hoping we don't see 15 plays like that per game.

So what is it about Freeze that people hate (not that I'd want him)?

Educate me. I've been out of the loop on this guy.

The only people that supported him from the begining were Michael oher and tuohys. But, if and when he is named head coach I will give him my support. Pretty cowardly to not support your own team, no matter who the coach.

I could have sworn it was straight out of Malzahn's playbook that Hootie liberated. Hey...it got 6!

Let's just lay it out. Gus was NOT interested. Leach was interested, but LESS than he was WSU. Rich Rod has already accepted the Arizona job when interviewed. Smart was NOT interested. This has been said on national TV.

Maybe Archie thinks Hugh is going to out coach the West with a High School, Malzahn type offense!

Yes in terms of general excitement. No in terms of actually winning. Freeze wins everywhere he's been.

So, does this mean that Hudspeth is safe? What's the deal with Merlins?
