It is good for further recruiting if he shows himself loyal to players.
It is the decent thing to do.

Good observation. Particularly when the lack of loyalty in the game today is such a hot topic. I’m sure there are a fair number of well known coaches who wouldn’t be of similar thinking if in the same situation.
