...My mom is the closing agent for a local real estate company that handles Miles's homes. His wife purchased a condo 2 months ago. It went up for sale as of this morning.
Regarding Saban, Eric Lane, son of Gerry Lane, told my grand pa this morning that Saban accepted an offer, no details other than that.
I claim no inside info just what I have heard..

I've got one for you... This is to go with the absurd things on the board. However, this one is true.
The other night my dad had a dream that he was in a club house after playing golf and Steve Spurrier and his wife came in. They began to swap golf stories and courses they had played. Steve raved about Augusta and my dad talked about the beSt Course in LA. After exchanging stories and talking some with his wife, my dad asked if any of the rumors were true. SS smiled, nodded his head, and said that they were and he'd be the next coach at LSU.
There ya go, what better source than that??

That correlates perfectly with everybody who was in town. You hurt my feelings doubting me Chicken. By the way, got a call about an hour ago from my boss, who got a call from ATL, from someone who was at the walk through today, and he said it was Saban. 3.5, 10 yr, 10 mill buyout. Also said you couldn't tell who was starting from the walk through. Flynn was throwing 20 yd. passes though.
