For the players that just look short term, sure, they just want the bag. But for the players that are thinking about maximizing their draft stock, they want to be coached by the best coach that can help them get to the next level (while also being paid).

Had a great conversation about Frank Wilson with a legendary HS this morning that coached against him when he was at O.P. Walker. He confirmed what I had remembered.
Wilson has no value to LSU at this time. As NIL and good coaching along with great facilities count more than a smooth talker.
