Really not sweating Weis. If he stays, awesome. He's a proven play caller. If he goes, the offense is ultimately lane’s brain child, and he would either call plays himself or get someone he trusts to call plays with his offense. He's also probably actively grooming co-OC Joe cox for whenever weis goes to a different job.
