Sark was approached about a promotion to an extremely high-profile HC opportunity that will get filled quickly, so of course he interviewed while coaching.
LSU appears to be targeting (as I believe they should) some active DCs that have to be convinced to leave their current job for what, on the surface, appears to be a lateral move.
If the LSU focus were on guys that were position coaches looking to promote to DC, those guys would surely make themselves available to interview.

There are about 10 college football jobs where leaving to coach the same position at LSU would be considered “lateral”.
Moving from Cincinnati to LSU is not lateral.

Hold it right there!
If you hired someone like Pelini then O must not know what he is doing since that doesn't normally happened very often and O should've known since I was one of the many saying wth was he thinking? Also he is looking out for his future at LSU.
