The love for Gruden stems from one thing and one thing only. He reminds people of the former coach. Fiery disciplinarian who demands respect and expects his assistants and players to work as hard as him. I once read an article that stated that Gruden sleeps about 3 to 4 hours a night. First one at practice and the last one to leave.

You must have missed the camel tail he was sporting on MNF a couple of weeks ago. That alone explains some of the mancrush going on around here.
