Coaches polled were unanimously against it... RT @bobfescoe: Heard AGAIN today, that TAMU coaches and AD don't want SEC
So fricking what?
It's not up to them.

@ChuckCarltonDMN Texas A&M has made our intentions perfectly clear. We do not intend to be a member of the Big 12 past this season.
Look at me. I can post twitter post as well.

Dr. Drunk, certainly not what Gary Blair and President Loftin said on Saturday.
Both were interviewed on the pay per view broadcast, I didn't hear the full interviews since I was at the game, but from what I was told they were both pretty excited about being in the SEC next year.
And you sir are the definition of envy, posting on an SEC School's board about a team you consider to be a second tier rival leaving your school and its conference behind, all while flaming that A&M is not worth a damn in anything. It's funny, keep it up I need the lulz at work.

I doubt Pat Henry cares if he is in the SEC or B12. So it's not unanimous. Same with Gary Blair

Boone is smoking - A&M is gone

I know......this is all just comedy for me.
I love the fact that aggie would be dragging its coaches kicking & screaming in to the SEC except for the fact that Baylor is holding them hostage. Only aggie, only aggie......

"Does the Big 12 have some naked pictures of Old T. Boone with some goats that will be released if the Big 12 dissolves?"
Back in his day there were sheep pens on the other side of the tracks, not baseball, basketball, softball, etc. I suspect he stayed at A&M long enough to find them.

I bet the Aggs would stay if BP gave them about $100 mil per year. Leave Perry out of this. He has an election to win.
Put your money where your mouth is or shut up.

Chicken....ask the Aggie posters. It is no secret that the aggie AD and the coaches aren't happy with the move.
Posted on 9/20/11 at 3:20 pm to Dr Drunkenstein
Drunk, that's not true.
No coaches have spoken against the move, neither has Bill Byrne. Anybody that says otherwise is spreading 3rd hand info and/or rumors

Just last summer:
LINK
A&M athletic director Bill Byrne was a guest on the "Aggie Hour" this week at a local restaurant. During his stint, he answered some questions in regards to the potential move the Aggies could have made to the SEC this summer.
On why the team decided to stay put: "I was concerned with changing conferences that we may not be ready for the level of competition if we decided to leave.I was very concerned about trying to take things slowly, and not rush."
He continued on, citing budgetary reasons: "If we looked at where we stacked up financially in the Pac 10 conference, we were about third. If we looked at where we stacked up in the Southeastern Conference, we were eighth out of 12. We didn't rank very well."
He also looked back at when A&M as an athletic department was not ready for the switch from the SWC to the Big 12 : "My big concern was that when Texas A&M made the move from the Southwest Conference to the Big 12 conference [in 1996], they were not ready for the level of competition that was out there."

So last year's hesitancy and reluctance could not possibly change over the course of a year?

Third, his act is getting real old. He needs to go to jerk off on ShaggyBevo or something.

As opposed to what?
Attempting to help Boone with his arts and crafts Big 12 project?
Moving to the Pac-? with you numbnuts?
Going to the basketball conference of the ACC?
Or a very odd, yet not completely ridiculous, move to the B1G?
It's the only move that makes sense.
