Baylor could bypass CUSA entirely and fall to the WAC

Houston, SMU, and Rice will blackball Baylor. This much is guaranteed. Tulsa and Tulane will back whatever play SMU and Rice make (the CUSA privates are pretty much a caucus).
Nothing would please the rest of the current Big 12 and SEC more than seeing Baylor playing in San Marcos and Moscow, Idaho on Saturdays in 2013. Baylor deserves it.

San Marcos and San Antonio are great places to visit. That wouldn't be punishment.
Unfortunately my WAC-member alma mater (UT-Arlington) is dumping its pathetic basketball arena (which is actually a theatre where we played on the stage) so we can't punish them by making them play there. Our new arena should be complete by December.

Other than an outlet mall and Schlitterbahn a few miles away...what else?

May as well stay in Austin or San Antonio as they actually resemble real cities.

This happens in New Braunfels, the city where they should have put Texas State. It's not far away from San Marcos though, but floating the San Marcos River is a college kid shitshow that isn't nearly as pretty as NB. Never been to Aquarena, but San Marcos is not that nice in my opinion unless you want to completely black out- and that would occur wherever they put Texas State, not exclusive to the city.
