Nice to know the BigE knows its place & will provide a home for thr have nots of a crumbling Big12(10-1). They get all those big markets in Kn & Iowa. Makes a lot of sense.

It's a long story, but in my youth, in a bad situation, my Dad says to me,"Look out for the little quiet guy in the corner ".

I laughed earlier this week when someone suggested TX to the ACC. After some thought, I am reminded of the X factor. The ACC TV contact is with the guys conducting this orchestra - ESPN.

They are in the best position to mediate a deal with the conference that keeps the LHN in tack as-is. Scary thought. Only question is if OU/OKSt are as tired of Bevo's tail as the Aggies. Ok schools go west & TX schools east is not out of the question.

Only one certainty - ESPN has pushed the first domino with the LHN, When the dust settles, guess who will be standing on the top of the heap. Gonna be a lot of high-fives in NYC.

I can't believe FOX or CBS will not compete with ESPN? All that is needed is some competition.
Rupert Murdoch has got billions and more billions

CBS has there little sh*T sports channel on Directv.
Fox has multiple sports channels.

Can these guys not step up to the plate so ESPN is not controlling everything.

Competition in the market place is the only thing that can stop this tidal wave. Looks like NBC, CBS, FOX have all rolled over to the Disney/ABC/ESPN "Worldwide Leader"!
