If expansion hurts an SEC tier, who will it hurt most?

1st tier= UF, Bama, LSU
2nd tier= UGA, AU, Tenn
3rd tier= Arky, USCe, OM
4th tier= MSU, Kentucky, Vandy
Adding more teams means the bottom 6 have even less of a shot at a SEC championship if we ever did. But it also means less dominance from the big 6. The second tier teams might not ever get another SEC championship and the 1st tier might be happy with winning 2 a decade, which right now doest seem very good. The added TV markets and bowl money would help everyone out equally, but I could see the little 6 profiting more from expansion than the big 6

Well, you've ranked a team you've beaten 2 years in a row 2 tiers ahead of you, so I'll take that as a compliment. But Ole Miss fans generally seem to be humble.
Personally, I think the SEC would best benefit itself by adding schools that are geared towards more than just football. Nobody can touch us on the gridiron, but I'm tired of gettin the rep as a dumb conference full of dumb southerners.

they've won 2 NC in 7 years. We havent won the SEC in 50. LSU is head and shoulders better than OM. Doesnt mean we cant beat them 3 years in a row, just means they will be consistantly better

i don't think adding VT or TAMU would hurt anyone really. Texas or OU would be a different story but I don't think there's even a chance they'll be added.

I agree. It doesnt make it easier, but definatly do able. Now adding OU and Texas to the west would just we awful. But like I said in another post, adding Texas and A&M wouldnt be bad if bama and aubie moved over and we got vandy. I could go for that. Imagine the west in baseball, mother frick
