Absolutely we want the SEC. It's been bugging me reading this board (and West Virginia's) and seeing people say we'd rather be in the B1G.

We don't give a damn about them anymore. Our Admins may feel different though. Read the Mizzou boards and see how many people want the SEC. We're hoping and praying to be in with you guys.

Hope it happens still, but this is eerily similar to the Big 10 fiasco last year. I have my cup ready and I'm braced.

Mizzou don't have enough fan support in Missouri to be wanting to run with the big boys. Can't even sell out the football stadium. Can't even win the Big 12, hell at least Kansas State won the conference.lol. Joining the SEC you'd only get 6-7 wins max.

Mizzou better hope the BIG calls them. West Virginia would be a better fit. The only thing Mizzou brings is the markets and better academics for what that's worth.

I wonder who would play Ms. Peacock

Clearly the role is reserved for Dan Beebe.

That's why I want them.

They bring those things that are good along with a respectable athletic program, but one that should be a "W" every year for LSU.

WVU is a good team an all, but they've greatly benefitted from how weak the Big East is. When did WVU get big? Once VaTech and Miami left the Big East. Much like Boise State, getting up for a big game helps them a ton with a relatively easy schedule.

They have 2 marquee wins against BCS opponents: 2005 against an uninspired UGA team in the Sugar Bowl and 2008 against Oklahoma. If bowl games meant anything, then Boise State is just as good as WVU as a program.

Tell me what kind of drugs you're on because I want some. Mizzou would contribute a lot to the SEC while WVU would contribute absolutely nothing other than a warm body.

You do know that Mizzou has winning records against Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, Florida, LSU, Ole Miss, Mississippi State and South Carolina; Don't you?
