LSU, TAMU, Ole Miss, Bama, Fla, Auburn, and Miss St in South;

Arky, MO, KY, Tenn, Ga, SC, and Vandy in north?

I think too much power would be in the SEC South.

Not saying I would like the idea, but think it could be a possibility.

I prefer kicking Bama to east and letting LSU-Bama play it out for the championship each year.

Damn the North would be the suck

The only thing good about this is that Ole Piss still would never win anything

Now you understand why LSU fans hate the permanent cross division opponent

Do we really only have to base it on Geography? Maybe two separate division with an even power distribution among teams. But if we go that route, I just hope we don't come up with some stupid names like Legends and Leaders.

This

Funny, under this scenario LSU's schedule would stay the same minus Arky, but Bama picks up another tough conference foe and they call it insane. Welcome to the big leagues.

Don't really care who we play. Bring it on. The point is the division would be unbalanced compared to its current state. Ole Miss and State would never have a chance.

SEC can't have North & South divisions... it has to be Upper South & Lower South

I love playing Florida every year.

We've been the two best teams in the SEC for the last 10 years. It's a great game to play.

If we end up adding Virginia Tech we could have a Mountain Division and a Dixie Division.

move Auburn and Bama to East and Vandy to the West and the problem is solved.

You can keep all cross-divisional rivalries and the balance of power shite is no worse than your proposed North/South split.

You'd lose one of Bama and UF with this for Tennessee. I just don't see that working.
