Staying in a villa or hotel? If villa and you are going to eat in head down to Gustavia early (6am) for fresh mahi, tuna, or lobster to grill for dinner.

You can’t really go wrong with restaurants, they’re all great. Bonito, Santa Fe (lunch for views), Zion, L’espirit, Tamarin and Fish Corner were our favorites.
The hike to Colombier is well worth it. Pack a cooler full of food/champagne and spend the day there.
Take in a sunset at the lighthouse overlooking Gustavia.
