Need some recommendations for planning an offshore fishing charter out of Louisiana. Either tuna or during snapper season.
Mainly trying to find an overnight charter that can accommodate 12 or more guys.

Max per boat is 6 people other than a few outliers. Would be best off chartering 2 boats. A lot of outfitters have multiple boats and can probably make it happen depending on how far out you’re looking for.
Venice:
Paradise outfitters
Intensity offshore
Voodoo
Mexican gulf
And many others in Venice are all great options. Even if outfit only has one boat, I’m pretty sure they can help link up a second one from another outfitter if needed.

Southern Pride Charters out of Grand Isle can handle 25 people I believe. Overnight trips as well.

Back in the day, didn't Charlie Hardison have a huge boat that could hold 15+ people?

he had a few, usually one of them was working
Steve Tomney had an operation with several big boats for a while out of Fourchon as well, but he has retired, I thought someone down there was running the Southerner but not sure if it is still in operation, the snapper limits really put that kind of boat out of biz
