The State is running a commercial telling people to get the Covid vaccine because it will prevent you from passing the virus on to those that are vulnerable, like a baby or an older person. We know this to be false. A person can transmit the virus when vaccinated. If the State can't be sued can they be told to cease and desist? Make John Bel do a PSA explaining why the commercial is wrong.

Eta.To the Downvoters. Are you okay with the State passing false information to it's citizens?

You can sue anyone for anything.

Whether you will win or get laughed out of court is a separate issue.

If the state doesn’t have sovereign immunity over this, I would be shocked.

No different than the one with the Dr. talking saying his hospital was full of kids & some died making it sound like hundreds died when in fact it was 4 statewide per LDH

Well yes but can the state be sued or do they have some sort of shield that prevents them from being sued for comments in a psa?

Could the State be made to stop airing the commercial and air another one that is factual?

Is it a Karen thing to stop the State from lying to it's citizens?

I'm pretty sure at least one supervisor will be consulted.

Covid vaccine hasn’t stopped the spread of Covid since the original variant and is completely ineffective against anything past that.

The State of Louisiana say differently. That is why I asked the question.

Yeah, Baw. Sue the state, in a court they own, and pay for. The state owns the judge and err'one in the court. They also own a bunch of guys with guns and badges that will be told to punish you.

They probably will not beat you to death, because they have gone to that well too much lately. You will be going 120 mph, pulled over, and found with 7 kilos of blow in your Nissan Leaf.

Good luck.

You’re spot on. Maybe the downvotes just want you to talk about Ukraine now. The vaccines didn’t do shite and those commercials are false advertisement. But all lives can’t matter until vaccinated Ukraine lives matter so who knows when it’ll stop.

You simply could not be more right. I’ve been saying this since they found the vaccines do not work to prevent the spread, but you’d think the vaccine nuts live on another planet or something. It’s like they think people are lying to them. That’s because they swallowed the blue pill. And they want you to swallow it too.

Yes, the state should be held accountable for this false and misleading advertising. If you advertised claiming your product did something it didn’t, would you not have teams of lawyers filing lawsuits against you for the exact same thing? The answer is obviously Yes.

As well as anyone else that made misleading and false statements about the vaccine. You can't sue the manufacturer of the vaccines but there has to be some people or some entities that can be held accountable.

The ones that gets me are the commercials about Long Covid. They say doctors don’t know what causes it, but get vaccinated to prevent it.

"Best thing you can do to prepare for a hurricane is to get vaccinated."

Gotta be fricking kidding me.
Bobby Boucher needs to be held to task for his propaganda and misinformation.
