I have a radio with Apple car play, but I noticed there is no weather app available. Is there a weather app that works with Apple car play?

I don’t think so. I just ask Siri what the weather is, and she tells me.

Not that I am aware of, infuriatingly.
Supposedly the “next generation” of CarPlay will integrate a little more directly with the underlying car‘s system, which hopefully means access to my car’s Sirius Weather app without unplugging my phone. But weather in CarPlay is nearly ignored (as stated early, you can ask the weather and get a report. If memory serves, it’s a “current conditions” report and not a good forecast).

No. Which sucks.
My Tahoe has a built in Weather Channel app that shows radar maps and everything. Apple does everything possible to keep your eyes away from the screen.

I have a driveway gate. Got a new device that allows me to open and close it via an app. Apple's Siri won't allow voice commands if I'm plugged into Carplay.
