Anyone see tonight's show? They really do a good job of keeping me interested in the plot.

I actually just watched it. This show just keeps getting better and better. I really don't like the Prado's though.

On October 21, 2008, Showtime renewed the series for a fourth and a fifth season. Each of them will consist on 12 episodes and will go into production in the spring and will presumably air in the same fall slot the series has occupied each year.

I still think Miguel will join Dexter at some point. The problem will come when Miguel wants to let his brother in on what Dexter does that will lead to a major conflict. That and Dexter will probably let loose he killed the brother.

I don't think Miguel is setting up Dexter. It has to be something different in context. They wouldn't give something big away like that in the previews.

I'm thinking either the new cop is the new serial killer or the guy Deb is getting her info from.

Although I'm still enjoying the advancement of the macro plot and the reveals, I feel like the actual episodes themselves are really in a slump over the past 2 or 3 outings. I'm just not nearly as gripped as I used to be. They need to pick it up.

I'm thinking the carver killer is not the shady cop or the CI. The only reason is that both of these have sort of been done already.
Doakes was the Bay Harbor Butcher, at least in the minds of everyone but Dexter. To have another serial killer come out of that unit would be too much. That department would have to be restructured - not sure they are ready to change up the cast.
And Dex's sister seems to be falling for the CI. I think she would have an emotional tragedy if she falls for a second killer. Although it may a good way (for the fans at least) to get rid of her.

yeah, Debra sucks. I hope she gets carved up and Dexter goes on some secret rampage to get her killer.

I think the cop who has a love/hate relationship with Deb is in on the murders. I see him being a rat for the group Freebo owed money to that he was running from.
