Would this be a mistake?

I pick first in my 10 team, PPR league. I'm taking Jonathan Taylor #1 overall.
My question is would it be completely idiotic to select Travis Kelce and Mark Andrews at picks 20-21 if they are both available?
I had Andrews last year and helped me win a lot of games. Kelce is going to be Mahomes main target now with Tyreek Hill gone.
Is this a mistake?

You are going to be very weak at WR, having a stud at TE gives you and advantage over other teams that have mediocre ones. Flexing one of these guys isn’t giving you any advantage as compared to a Keenan Allen or Tee Higgins who are projected to score significantly more points than Andrews. Kelce probably won’t be there and it might be moot.
If both are available, I’d take Kelce and the best WR available.

I ended up taking Andrews and Keenan Allen.
