Who will be the first person to get droned on US soil?

We already know the .gov will drone strike US citizens who are "terrorists" without due process...
And now everyone who voted for Trump is a domestic terrorist...
So obviously the feds will decide at some point they can start droning US citizens here in the Continental United States.
Additional question: do you think that will that spark a true civil war, or would they wait until a civil war had already started?

You think a high caliber big game rifle with top of the line optics/scope could disable a drone that’s found loitering low enough in an area? Or hell, that setup but in a .50 cal.? Asking for a friend.
