Because the NFL insituted race based hiring practices that are patently illegal but no one wants to say anything about it because culture

It’s a shitty team that is not 0-1 after week 1. Based on your logic there were a lot of bad coaches today.

Lovie was always a capable NFL coach. College coaching has nothing to do with NFL coaching.
