Advice for IR slot

I'm trying to figure out what would be the best strategy for managing my bench/IR slot with available players on the wire in my league.
Current Roster (10man/0.5PPR re-draft league):
QB: R. Wilson
RB: N. Harris, M. Sanders, D. Pierce, CEH, C. Akers
WR: J. Chase, M. Williams, C. Godwin, DJ Moore, A Lazard
TE: Kittle/Everett
K: Succop
DST: Jags
IR: empty
The following are currently available on IR:
QB: Dak, Tua
RB: E Mitchell, B Robinson
WR: Jameson Williams, V Jefferson
Q1: Who would you drop on active roster to stash in IR slot?
Once I complete that transaction, I could also grab one from any of the following:
QB: Geno, Pickett, Z Wilson, Tannehill, Bridgewater
RB: Hines, Mattison, Allgeier, Huntley, Walker III, Boone, Pacheco
WR: C Davis, Pickens, Gallup, J Reynolds, J Meyers, Chark, Landry, MVS
TE: D Schultz
My current thinking is dropping Akers or Moore and pick up Dak to stash on the IR and then look to pickup Gallup or Pickens or one of the ATL RB's.
Thoughts?

Why not drop Succop, add the IR player, and then pick up another kicker?

Definitely an option to drop Succop, but who would you pick up off IR options and of best of the remaining available players to optimize roster?
