I don't want to give bad advice here.
Maybe consider Hurst more if Higgins is ruled out? Knox hasn't had a TD yet, but there may be a ton of potential for one in a high scoring game?
Maybe flip a coin, jk. I really don't know who I would choose here.
I assume this is not PPR?

Knox has averaged 5.78 per game while his opponents have allowed an average of 11.2 per game to TEs.
Hurst has scored 9.54 per game while his opponents have allowed an average of 11.2 per game to TEs.
Unfortunately for Hurst, the Saints have only allowed 6.5 per game to TEs while the Chiefs have allowed 13.1 per game.
I still think I like Hurst better, but all the crap I typed above points to ?????
