Watched the game last night on TV, there were too many dropped passes by WRs. JL did the fine job, but he didn't have too many chances to throw the ball. It was a running ballgame.(45 running plays, 28 passing plays)

Our WRs better learn to catch the ball when we play Bama.

I agree and I think some of the other receivers should get a chance to play also.

And Murphy on an easy screen pass that would have netted 10+ yards, there were more than 3 drops that were drive killers.

The Mit Cole drop was a 4th down conversion attempt that we would have likely scored another TD on later. That would have made the score much bigger, also the pick 6 was not a score given up by our defense. Take those plays away, and the final is 42-3.

One great catch won't win games for LSU. As a receiver you also have to remember how to line up. Tolliver looks too confused out there at times.

Are you serious? He hasn't gotten the ball enough, and he seems to make something happen every time he does.

He has actually made some nice catches with the ball thrown behind him.

Correct it was Joseph and JLee hit him right in the hands.

Yea, it was Joseph. I was being sarcastic. Mitch is more of a blocking tight end.

probably a lack of focus leading to drops. lee was not fine though. the drops didn't help him but he was not very impressive against tulane. He had the pick 6 plus he got luck a few times that he didn't have a couple of more pics.

the problem with Byrd is that Lee's timing is offf.

i don't remember the exact ball byrd dropped but i think it was another one that was in front of him that he just flat dropped. byrd no doubt is a great player but the usc ball he flat out dropped and with out looking at the throw again from last night i think he flat out dropped it all on him.

no. in the SC game a defenders arm was over his before he could pull it in. Remember on the replay there was not much of a chance for him to pull the ball up. I am just saying if you have a def. going down with all his weight and his arm is over yours while your in stride you are probably not going to pull it in.
