Back in June, Akron police said race was not a factor in the killing. Liming isn't so sure
quote:
When I asked Brian LoPrinzi in the initial prosecutor’s meeting I had with him, I asked him if race made a difference, if my son’s skin color made a difference in the way in which they are approaching it, and he said yes,” said Liming.

“We’ve received emails celebrating the fact that my son’s head was crushed like a watermelon and laughing how his chest was stomped, and I’ve been called a white moron,” said Liming.

Fact Check: Black people cannot be racist or commit hate crimes.*
* - unless the aggrieved party is Jewish, in which case the accused Black person will be cancelled, convicted, and deplatformed without hesitation or consideration.

But I was told a whopping 15% or less black on white crimes might possibly be thought of as maybe hate crimes!
Seriously, how the dad doesn't go completely Medieval on everyone involved in this.
From the thugs that did it to the Prosecutors...

The kid started it, even if with a toy. Then he doubled it down and further instigated a situation that went far awry. Still, it is not as heinous as them jumping him for no reason so the prosecutor has a very difficult decision on what he charges the accused

yeah. I can't (well.... I can) fathom how id react if some thugs killed my son, the court said it was "hood justice," and I felt like the entire world was against me in bringing a tiny measure of justice, peace, and closure to the issue.
if you pray I suggest offering one up for this man.
