Lost my passport in greece and was able to get an emergency that is good for a year. I'm traveling to Budapest next week and I know some countries (france) don't accept them. Anyone know where I can find out which countries accept them?

Looks like you may have to search for each individual country you're planning to visit. Everything I click just keeps taking me to another vague page and cannot find a defined list. Weird.
