Other RB is Stevenson and I start a WR (K. Allen) at flex.
Just making sure it's the smart move and I'm not taking crazy pills.

I don’t think you’re insane.. but Kamara got a ton of volume last week and if that continues into this week, a plus matchup vs. the Browns.
ETA: just saw the Vegas implied points for New Orleans. That doesn’t scream TD, does it?

Exactly. The O/U is 31.5, which is the lowest for an NFL game in 14 years.
The weather will be brutal, especially for a team that hasn't played in those kinds of conditions. CLE hasn't been as terrible on D as the start of the year.
Dobbins will get just as much volume over a lousy ATL defense. All the "expert" rankings have both these guys right next to each other for this week.

22mph winds is what concerns me. Frigid temperatures apparently don’t have much effect on scoring.

No way. Bad weather and Kamara is the only option outside of the Saints TE this week.
