This might be one of the reasons for New York Mayor Adams 360 degree turn on the mask wearing policy. Criminals are using the mask as a way to hide their identity when committing crimes such as robbery. But, the recent robberies by a man riding though New York in a Hazmat suit robbing and murdering is crazy.
