Austin Area Tigers - Shep playoff game in Round Rock

I posted this in the recruiting board but more people will see this on this board and it would be cool to see a bunch of purple and gold at Shep's playoff game on Friday.
Try to make it out to the Round Rock vs Cypress Ridge 5A playoff game at Round Rock Dragon Stadium at 7:30 on Friday to watch and support the future QB at LSU.

I just called Round Rock high and they have tickets available. Not sure about getting them at the gate. but it usually isn't a problem for Round Rock ISD high schools. They don't have the same kind of following that towns with only one high school have.

I just called Round Rock High and they are expecting a sellout. They said to be sure of a ticket, your best bet is to show up at the Round Rock High Student Center between 12 and 2:30PM today and tomorrow. They said you will be chancing it if you wait til game time.

I wish they would have played the Stony Point game at Round Rock High and the Round Rock game at the larger Parmer Lane RRISD complex. May sound backwards but it has happened before and would allow for more people to attend the game that has a bigger fan interest. I guess they put Stony Point at Parmer because they are nationally ranked.

I will be in Round Rock this weekend. My son's 8U select baseball team is playing in the state tourney there this weekend. I may catch the game.

Is Jarrett Lee playing in the game, because unless he gets injured he's the future starting QB at LSU? Shep Shep Shep. All you "recruiting geeks" are going ape shite over this guy. I hope the great Lord Messiah Savior Russell Sheperd has more between the ears than JJ does, because irregardless of his "Athleticism", Miles/Crowton are apparently scared to death of putting him (JJ) into a game. What's RS gonna come in and do to opposing SEC defenses as a true freshman QB, that a seasoned veteran like Armanti Edwards (ASU QB) couldn't even do to a weak and confused LSU defense. Armanti Edwards was supposed to be this awesome athletic QB and the weak LSU defense just totally shut him down. Yall don't think the Defensive Coordinators in the SEC know how to shut down an athletic running QB? It's not that difficult. Hell, if Mallveto can do it, who can't? Unless RS is some kind of super human, I don't think he'll come right in and take over the QB position from JL and bypass JJ/AH for second team. There's a much better chance he'll get more playing time at another position and/or maybe getting a few snaps at QB if Miles/Crowton have confidence that he can run the offense and handle the pressure. It's really laughable how so many people think he's going to come right in and dominate immediately. NOT going to happen.........
