At this time two years ago, Bryson was the 3rd* ranked player in the world coming off a T3 at the Players.

He's now down to 103rd* in the world and is beating one guy in a LIV event.

(* - rankings are Data Golf, which counts everything)

Brooks a few years ago was coming off multiple majors. He is now 107th in the world and about on Par with his brother Chase

I know they have had a few injuries, but it seems like these guys are just head cases

You found the only two guys in the world who have performed worse than they did a couple years ago.

Dude is just copying and pasting from Twitter Monday Q account.

However I’ll say Brooks is probably injury related and Bryson just flat out sucking (additionally this is not a good course for him)

Or LIV is just stiff arse competition at every event. 3 rounds is less room for error

They are two of the most popular golfers in the world. I think it’s kinda interesting how far they have fallen so fast.

When Spieth was wondering in the desert we talked about it as well. They aren’t just in the desert right now, they are floating on pst Rickie territory, which was also very newsworthy when he started sucking

Bryson was going downhill fast even before he left for LIV. The style he went after in 2019 probably wasn’t terribly sustainable, in retrospect, for someone who hadn’t been playing that way his entire life.

Brooks has been hurt in all the wrong ways and I think has compounded it with whatever’s going on in his head.

Bryson ruined his game chasing distance.

Brooks ruined his game by marrying an Instagram thot.

Bryson was legit fun as hell whether you loved him or your hated him for a year or so. I feel like he has damn near died Like he has no shot to get back. I feel like brooks can tweak his Xanax script and get back again. He just seems like an over emotional head case.

You could always tell the “I don’t like golf and barely play” schtick he did was fake and just a mental coping thing he did. The dude busted balls in Europe to make it. He clearly loved and played a shite ton of golf

You hit golf balls once a month when you have a LIV event when you get the money they got, you are a dumbass why practice

I thought of some other players I haven’t seen in years.

Graeme McDowell
Luke Donald
Ryan Moore
Bill Haas

All were top 30 in the world not even 10 years ago.

DJ is still world class. So is Cam smith. So are others on LIV. This isn’t a fricking LIV thing

I feel like this is a disingenuous comparison to Bryson and Brooks

Both have struggled with injuries, but I think it’s also hard to have that same competitive drive grinding day in and day out after making $100+ mil for a league that doesn’t inspire you.

Bryson is inspired, but he’s inspired for the Long Drive contest. Brooks has always only cared about majors and top tier events so not sure why LIV would mean a lot to him.

Brooks is T15 right now but that is 7 stokes back after the first two days. He hasn’t been as bad.
