Flight situation for LSU vs FSU

I got two tickets to the opener. I don't know exactly who is going to go with me. Either a friend that lives in Orlando or someone from home in Baton Rouge.
My question is, what will be the flight options around july/August from New Orleans to Orlando? Will I be able to get one? Will it be way higher priced than if I book now?

I wouldn’t worry so much about a flight that’s roughly 6 months away.

Book southwest now, they should be open for flights to MCO now. Won’t find a cheaper option.

If I'm not mistaken, Breeze is starting a msy to mco direct flight. They are one of the cheaper airlines. Not sure what days of the week they will be flying there. I think they start in May

Bought ours a few weeks ago BUT we are flying into Tampa rather than MCO. It's cheaper, the rental cars are cheaper and we liked the schedule better.
The chances of the flight being more expensive one month out than it is today is more than likely.

Just wait and fly spirit for cheap. The msy to mco route I’ve taken a few times and it was pretty smooth.

I booked from MSY to FLL because we'll be staying with family then. I checked prices to MCO and they were about the same. Hoping Southwest doesn't shaft me.
