I don’t know anything about gas blowers I used battery mostly. However, I’m trying to start the blower and every pull is spitting out fuel. Is it flooded?

You could have a bad diaphragm in the carb. How old is the carb and has it ever been rebuilt?

Most likely flooded. Looks like a Stihl blower. You have to follow the Stihl starting procedure exactly or that bitch won't start. If it says pump the bulb 10 times it means 10 times. Not 9 not 11

Take the choke off.
Open the throttle all the way and keep pulling.
May want to remove the air filter too.
