I say the Bengals are the worst franchise in the NFL. At least the Lions and Raiders are losing with terrible teams. The Bengals have some talent and still can't win.

Ocho Cinco was not even going to come close to Ocho Cinco yards receiving anyway. Steelers would have won either way, so it really doesn't make a difference.
