What disappoints me most about Miles this year

Honestly, what disappoints me most about Miles this year are a few things about how he has handled Lee.
1)In my view, Miles seemed a little TO EAGER to hang Lee out while basically defending his Co-DCs. I'm no mind reader but it really seemed as if he was using running Lee under the bus as an excuse for the defensive woes.
2)It really seems to me that in doing what he did with Lee, he took a guy who was nervous and totally shook him. I think even the most ardent Lee bashers would admit that shite, Lee got WORSE.
3)The Ole Miss game really brought this out. When the sideline reporter pointed out that when Lee came back to the sidelines after a rough series that basically NO ONE talked to the guy, I'm thinking, "this is how you hope to get this guy's feet back under him?"
I really feel like some of what Miles has done in this area this season has been a little bit of low character. I think it has been reflected in the attitude of some of the players.
Players aren't stupid. They see you busting on the QB, busting on the WRs IN PUBLIC and yet, you keep saying all is OK with Mallveto?
If I were a player in that circumstance, I do believe I'd be like, "WTF? Well frick you too Miles".
Just my two cents.

You really can't be serious? Did you just start paying attention to this season yesterday?

How has Miles busted on Lee. WHat is funny again is how different fans can see different things. THere was a whole thread on how Les was sticking up for the LEE and not others
I think Les has been very good with LEE as to his statement. He said he needs to improve and LEE knows that. Is that bisting on LEE. He has also complimented him

I agree. It certainly looks that way and to be honest, it is shocking. You just coached the MNC team the prior year and let's be honest, it looks like he's lost the players this year. THAT is fricking hard to accomplish!!!
Oh, for the doofus who doesn't recall Miles busting on Lee.
When you REPEATEDLY mention the pick 6s in the press as well as your WRs dropping balls but then when asked about your DCs, say they're doing a great job, you are gonna frickin piss your players off. They are NOT stupid. The KNOW the DCs are NOT doing a "great job".

IMHO, Miles put Lee into many bad situations. Intially, they were working a good game plan throwing short passes and toward the sideline on deep routes. Keiland Williams does not get enough carries. He is able to run to the edges better than Scott. You have to keep defense off balance. Why does Les Miles have something to say to the QB when he does a great play? When an error occurs, Lee is alone on the sideline with no one to encourage him and learn from the mistake.
