There's a comment in the piece about how Bournemouth will now be the smallest stadium again after these improvements, but I am not finding hard numbers on the total capacity now and it still shows Kenilworth Road as the smallest capacity stadium on the PL Wikipedia page, and the page for Kenilworth Road itself.

Maybe it wasn't about capacity.
