Payton offense is obsolete

Pete Carmichael is running the same type of schemes that Sean P. ran; he also uses the same type of packages. We need a new coordinator with a fresh approach; the current approach is obsolete.

Both Payton and Carmichael should be worshiping at the altar of Drew Brees. His incredible intelligence and processing made it work for them. I think often of how awesome he was and how lucky we were to have him for a decade and a half.
