GTA V: What city do you want?

I know we probably won't see GTA V for a long while, but what city do you want it to be set in?
There is one article online claiming that they narrowed it down, but the site that it is on usually just posts rumors. I don't want this thread to be limited to just those citys so I'm not gonna post the article just google it.
Personally I would like to see a GTA: New Orleans set right after Katrina hit. It not New Orleans, I want it to go overseas.

i agree. i wish in new orleans but most people won't agree on that, so i hope they go overseas with it.

I just think New Orleans would be cool b/c you have access to so many different types of environments including Downtown, Uptown, the 9th Ward, and Marshland.
