What do you want to know?

The man I purchased it from suggested watching YouTube videos on setting it up. Do you suggest that it should I just jump in and figure it out?
How far will it track my dog?

Yeah I would suggest watching videos and then playing around with it, much like learning how to operate a new phone. Distance depends on location. Lots of hills and trees will limit distance. I have the TT15 mini collars and my dogs can get pretty far away and not lose signal. They don't range out like some hounds do (I track with Lacy's), but have gone over a mile away from me at times.
I'll add that I'm not one of these morons you read about on Facebook that let their dogs run a deer with a flesh wound 9 miles and kill it. If my dog pushes it even half that far, it's not going to die on its own, and I call the track off.
