Can anyone tell me what a 28x34 BoatHouse would roughly cost in Gulf Shores?

I'm trying to get an idea of the average sq.ft. price of a boathouse with Sure Step decking...anyone else had one built lately...

Just built one in grand isle 50x25.
With the plastic deck it will be north of $80k most likely Mine is not fancy and still 60 and that doesn’t include the boat lifts.

I built a 40x70 (under roof) on Bayou Terrebonne last year. Including piles, 2 boat lifts and a 20x28 screened kitchen and storage area, it was around $60k but that doesn’t include my sweat equity for me ( hired a guy and he and I built it out after the pilings were driven). So add another 20k, so around $80k, plus escalation so maybe around $88k and that includes furniture, bar and kitchen equipment. Factor it down to your square footage so it should be a little less, but I’d guess labor in Orange Beach is higher than Terrebonne Parish which may cancel that out.
