Any of you boys do this one? I need a 3 day a week plan with us traveling to in laws every other week to caregive. I can always just do grasshopper but just trying to get another program in.
General idea on time most of the days. did you get sick of the methodology

i mean its a pretty good program, especially if you want to focus on squat and bench. deadlift is only once per week alternating between snatch grip and sumo
